Full Commission

Established in 1958, TCRPC serves as the Regional Planning Commission for the Tri-County Region of Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford counties, located in Central Illinois. The Full Commission, the TCRPC full board, is the primary decision-making body for the organization, and effective July 1, 2021, also serves as the Policy Committee for the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Peoria-Pekin Metropolitan Area. The Commission consists of 21 members: 13 representatives from 11 municipalities, two representatives from each of the three counties, one representative from the Illinois Department of Transportation, and one representative from the Greater Peoria Mass Transit District. The Full Commission meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 9:00 am, unless otherwise posted.
